Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces lobster tails Fresh or thawed frozen lobster tails.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter is preferred.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Chopped, for topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat.
Cooking
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Keep an eye on the lobster while it bakes; overcooking can dry it out. Adding lemon zest enhances flavor. If fresh garlic isn't available, garlic powder can be used in lesser amounts.
