  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste salt and pepper Taste the filling before adding more to ensure it's just right.
  • 8 slices crispy bacon, crumbled For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. After cooking, cool the eggs by placing them in cold water.
  4. Once they are cool, peel the eggs carefully.
  5. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks.
Filling
  1. In a bowl, mash the yolks with cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites, filling them generously.
Serving
  1. Top each deviled egg with crumbled bacon and sprinkle with chopped chives for garnish.
  2. Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best taste.
