Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Chill for 15 minutes.
Toasting the Rolls
- Brush the insides of the rolls with melted butter and toast them until golden.
Assembly
- Optionally, layer shredded lettuce in the rolls, spoon in the lobster mixture, and serve.
Notes
Serve as an appetizer or main course. Garnish with fresh herbs for color. Pair with a side of fries or salad. Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days.
