Ingredients
  

For the Lobster Mixture
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat (chopped) Fresh, high-quality lobster recommended
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt or vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives Can substitute with dill or tarragon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
For the Rolls
  • 8 mini brioche rolls or slider buns
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) For toasting the rolls
  • optional shredded lettuce For layering

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Chill for 15 minutes.
Toasting the Rolls
  1. Brush the insides of the rolls with melted butter and toast them until golden.
Assembly
  1. Optionally, layer shredded lettuce in the rolls, spoon in the lobster mixture, and serve.

Notes

Serve as an appetizer or main course. Garnish with fresh herbs for color. Pair with a side of fries or salad. Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days.
