Lobster Mixture
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat Use fresh or high-quality pre-cooked lobster for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp melted butter For mixing with the lobster.
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • to taste lemon juice Add according to your taste preference.
  • to taste salt To enhance flavor.
  • to taste pepper To enhance flavor.
Buns
  • 4 pieces split-top hot dog buns These should be toasted for the best experience.
  • extra tbsp melted butter For brushing the buns before toasting.

Preparation
  1. In a cozy bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat with melted butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until everything is deliciously mixed.
  2. Brush the split-top hot dog buns with extra melted butter, then toast them until they’re golden and crispy.
Assembly
  1. Load up those toasted buns with the creamy lobster mixture. Don’t be shy – pack it in there!
  2. Enjoy every mouthful while it’s still warm and heavenly!

Notes

These rolls are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can keep in the fridge for a day or two. Reheat any leftovers in a pan over low heat while keeping the buns crispy. Do not freeze as this can compromise the texture and flavor of the lobster.
