- Add kielbasa, bell peppers, baby potatoes, and baby carrots. Toss everything until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the veggies are crisp-tender and the kielbasa is browned.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
