Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss everything to combine well.
