- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard. Stir well and let the sauce reduce for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the skillet and use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F. Let the pork chops rest after cooking for the best juiciness. For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or substituting chicken broth with apple juice for a sweeter flavor.
