Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless thin pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For searing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh herbs for garnish thyme or parsley

Method

Cooking
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard. Stir well and let the sauce reduce for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the skillet and use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F. Let the pork chops rest after cooking for the best juiciness. For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or substituting chicken broth with apple juice for a sweeter flavor.
