  • 4 pieces Pork chops Can substitute with bone-in pork chops
  • 2 pounds Potatoes Yukon Gold or red potatoes are recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste for pork chops and potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste for pork chops and potatoes
  • Fresh herbs (optional) For additional flavor on pork chops

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a sheet pan, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the pork chops on the sheet pan alongside the potatoes.
  4. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and any additional herbs you like.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
  2. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure to cut the potatoes into similar sizes for even cooking. You can also add other vegetables, such as carrots or green beans, to the pan for more variety.
