  • 2 pieces Lobster tails Make sure they are thawed if using frozen.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (freshly minced) For maximum flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika For a smoky flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper Adjust to taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up, and brush them generously with the butter mixture.
  2. Broil for about 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and the top is slightly browned.
  3. Serve immediately and prepare for compliments!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
