- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tapioca starch, coconut milk, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirl it around to form a thin circle, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Continue this process with the remaining batter, stacking the wraps on a plate and covering them with a towel to keep them soft.
Notes
Make sure to whisk the ingredients thoroughly to avoid lumps. Store wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze them with parchment paper in between.
