  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the eggs in a single layer in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, cover and let sit off the heat for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Cool, peel, and slice the eggs in half.
Filling Preparation
  1. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash them with mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until silky smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.

Notes

These deviled eggs stay fresh in the fridge for about 3-5 days. You can customize the filling with a dash of hot sauce or swap out the relish for diced jalapeƱos. Pro tip: Using a piping bag gives them a fancy flair!
