Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces Choose a tender cut such as sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin.
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced Cut into similar sizes for even cooking.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until crispy and tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme, then stir in the minced garlic.
  4. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the steak pieces to the other side.
  5. Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Mix the steak with the potatoes and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the steak in your favorite marinade for a few hours before cooking. Don’t overcrowd the skillet to ensure even browning.
