- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until crispy and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme, then stir in the minced garlic.
- Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the steak pieces to the other side.
- Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Mix the steak with the potatoes and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the steak in your favorite marinade for a few hours before cooking. Don’t overcrowd the skillet to ensure even browning.
