Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs Use eggs that are a week old for easier peeling.
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish This is the star of the show!
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Can be swapped for Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Adds flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish For a colorful presentation.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and gently remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in the sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika for that touch of flair.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

These eggs keep well in the fridge for about 3 to 5 days in an airtight container. For best results, chill before serving.
