Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pork Chops
  • 4 grilled pork chops Bone-in or boneless can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag or airtight container, pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, let excess drip off, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  3. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For serving, pair with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or grilled vegetables. Consider drizzling with barbecue sauce or serving with ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
