- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag or airtight container, pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade, let excess drip off, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
