  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Feel free to mix cheeses for added flavor.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut milk or almond milk.
  • 1 cup pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.) Customize based on preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Add your desired pizza toppings on top of the egg and cheese mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a green salad or as a cold side dish. For extra flavor, consider adding garlic or onion powder to the mix. Ensure to grease your baking dish well to prevent sticking.
